Coolah Tops thermal drone koala surveys
A project completed for National Parks undertaking a systematic drone survey for Koalas across the entire park. Completed in May 2023 we managed to identify 42 koalas across the entire park in which only 5 had been recorded in the past 70 years. This really show cases the effectiveness of drone technology for finding Koalas.
Armidale thermal drone koala surveys
A project completed for Southern New England Land Care to survey 20 sites surrounded Armidale for the presence of Koalas.
Utilising cutting edge thermal drones equipt with spotlights and custom fitted 12 volt/24volt charging facilities in our work ute the job was completed completely off the grid. This ensured no lost time in transit and cost effective solutions through savings in accommodation costs.
